Tändkulan has once again managed to get a large order from Stockholm Exergi AB this time at Hammarbyverket in Stockholm.

Hammarbyverket is the world's largest heat pump plant that extracts heat from purified wastewater. With the same technology, cooling is produced from the cold water that results from heat production. The plant consists of seven heat pumps and two bio-fueled boilers and two electric boilers used in winter

The project includes the replacement of existing control systems for VP3 and VP4. The main delivery is new control systems based on ABB 800xA new hardware and new application software as replacement of the existing iFix and ABB Master systems including replacement of field cabling and the replacement of certain equipment such as sensors, valves, etc.

Delivered systems are integrated into Fortum's existing ABB 800xA system in Hammarbyverket. The transfer of existing systems to the new platform takes place in stages during 2018 and 2019.

The delivery includes control systems, programming, construction, documentation, assembly, installation, instrumentation, commissioning and training
